Our mission is to beautify the urban Waco area one house at a time by offering luxury starter homes for an affordable price.

Growing up in the urban parts of Waco that were dilapidated and crime ridden gave us the passion and driving force to make a change.

We realized that we did not have to abandon our city--we have the power to change it and provide a safer, cleaner place to live that one could be proud of.
